  1. Who knew starting hand embroidery would be so simple :) this would make such a great gift!

  2. This would be so fun (and affordable!) for when I have downtime. Thanks!!

  3. Oooh I love the breakdown on this as my daughter was just asking about trying it. Thanks for sharing!

I'm excited for us to take on a new mother/daughter hobby. :)

  4. This is right up my alley! Can you embroider on a garment you already have? Or does it need to be a piece of fabric? I really want to try this! Thank you for sharing!

  5. This is something i've always wanted to try....I like the smaller projects like these. I'm sure it's a good stress reliever too!

  6. My mom taught me cross-stitching and crochet when I was younger. I never quite got the hang of cross-stitching without a pre-printed pattern but I do good with crochet. I may look into hand embroidery in the future!

  7. Oh wow. This post is wonderful! My great grandmother used to make these, but I never learned how. Thanks for sharing.

  8. I often see the supplies here at the dollar store so, I think that would be a good place to check out in your area!

It's so great when you can learn something new or pick up a hobby for cheap!
